About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a UKG Implementation & Configuration Specialist to play a key role in expanding and optimizing our UKG Ready platform.
The system is already live with Recruit and HR Core modules, and we continue to enhance its capabilities and integrate it with key business systems including Payroll, Finance, and operational platforms.
This role offers true global exposure, working closely with Global stakeholders, and provides a strong pathway to develop both consulting capability and technical subject matter expertise. For the right candidate, it is an opportunity to grow in influence, contribute to strategic system evolution, and potentially take on greater leadership responsibilities over time.
What will you do?
UKG System Configuration
- Configure and optimise UKG modules, including:
- Core HR
- Workforce Management / Time & Attendance
- Pay and work rules
- Scheduling
- Absence and accrual policies
- Translate business requirements into scalable, effective system configurations
- Continuously improve HR workflows and processes
Implementation & Optimization
- Support ongoing system enhancements and module rollouts
- Drive process redesign and configuration improvements
- Enhance payroll and workforce calculations
- Ensure solutions support multi-country workforce requirements
Testing & Support
- Develop and execute test scripts
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot system issues with HR, IT, and external partners
- Provide post-implementation support
Reporting & Data
- Build and support reporting on:
- Workforce metrics
- Labour cost analysis
- Operational HR insights
Essential Experience
- 3+ years working with:
- UKG Ready Product. Other UKG products are an advantage but specific experience with UKG Ready is preferred.
- Hands-on configuration experience
- Experience supporting HR system integrations
- Excellent written and spoken English for UK stakeholder collaboration
