- Manage end-to-end D2C operations across multiple sales channels.
- Oversee order processing, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Work extensively on platforms like EasyCom and UniCommerce.
- Take complete ownership of operational cost centres and drive cost optimization.
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, procurement, finance, and marketplace teams.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders while maintaining high service levels.
- Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and ensure SLA compliance.
- Handle escalations related to operations and ensure quick resolution.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
