Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by identifying potential customers and generating qualified leads. The SDR will play a key role in building our sales pipeline by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone interested in B2B SaaS sales, AI-driven products, and enterprise technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across industries that can benefit from Volody’s solutions.
- Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, legal processes, and technology requirements.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about AI, LegalTech, and contract lifecycle management trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfort with cold outreach and prospecting activities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools.
- Ability to research companies and identify potential opportunities.
- Interest in AI-driven SaaS products and technology sales.
