Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for US-based commercial real estate projects through cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound follow-up
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and property walkthroughs via Zoom/Teams with prospective US buyers and investors
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through contract signing — including follow-ups, objection handling, and negotiation support
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity logs in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot); provide weekly reports to US sales leadership
- Follow up on digital marketing leads, referrals, and open house inquiries from US-based prospects
- Coordinate with the US team on deal documentation, purchase agreements, and closing timelines
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Head of Sales
- Stay current on Prime Developers' active project inventory, pricing, availability, and market positioning
Requirements
- 5–12 years of B2C or B2B sales experience — real estate, financial products, or SaaS preferred
- Comfortable working US Central Time hours
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience with CRM tools and remote sales tools
- Self-motivated with a proven record of hitting revenue targets independently
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
