About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, team management capabilities, and experience in customer-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center.
- Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Guide patients through available treatment programs and service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage long-term engagement.
- Monitor patient inquiries and follow up on consultations and appointments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to clinic activities.
- Support initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and clinic performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinic operations, healthcare services, wellness centers, customer relations, or similar industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, skin care, fitness, or service-oriented industries will be preferred.
