Job Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic and cosmetic skin procedures, including laser hair reduction, fractional laser treatments, and other dermatologist-supervised cosmetic procedures.
- Assist with and perform aesthetic treatments such as HydraFacial, medi-facials, chemical peels, and other skin rejuvenation services as per clinic protocols.
- Maintain clinical equipment in proper working condition and ensure usage according to established guidelines.
- Keep treatment and procedure rooms clean, organized, and prepared for client appointments.
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and infection-control standards.
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
- Consult with clients to understand their concerns, treatment goals, and expectations.
- Provide appropriate guidance on skincare treatments, procedures, and aftercare recommendations.
- Respond professionally to client questions and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow clinic protocols at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetology, aesthetic treatments, or a related field.
- Knowledge of laser treatments, facials, chemical peels, and skincare procedures.
- Strong communication and client consultation skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
