- Site Inspections: Conduct detailed visual inspections of existing RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and steel structures to identify defects, distresses, cracks, and corrosion.
- Testing Oversight: Coordinate and interpret Non-Destructive Tests (NDT) like rebound hammer, ultrasonic pulse velocity, and half-cell potential to assess concrete strength and rebar condition.
- Load & Stress Analysis: Re-evaluate structural load capacities using engineering principles and software.
- Report Generation: Prepare and present detailed structural audit reports outlining the building's health, areas of concern, and required remediation.
- Repair Proposals: Develop specific retrofitting, structural strengthening, or repair methodologies, including cost estimates.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all evaluations align with municipal/regional guidelines and local safety standards.
