Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote company services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
