Housekeeping Guest Service Agent (HK GSA) ensures hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction by cleaning rooms, managing amenities, and responding to guest requests. This entry-level role involves meticulous housekeeping, sanitizing, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Room Cleaning: Clean guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, and dusting.

· Amenity Management: Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, towels, and linens according to hotel standards.
· Public Area Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in corridors, public restrooms, and other designated areas.
· Maintenance Reporting: Identify, report, and log any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
· Safety & Security: Adhere strictly to safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and securing guest rooms.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
· Experience: Previous housekeeping or customer service experience in the hospitality industry is often required.
· Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a team.
· Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift, and work with cleaning equipment.
· Professionalism: A friendly demeanor and good communication skills to interact with guests.
Typical Working Hours
· This role usually requires working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
