Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and energetic Sales Team Leader to join our growing global team at Astrellix .We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/tele callers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Track sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Handle escalated customer queries and concerns.
- Ensure team members meet productivity and quality standards.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, with team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a target-driven team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
