Sampathi credits private limited is a growing NBFC focused on providing innovative financial solutions to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Associate to support our finance and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist in loan disbursement, repayment tracking, and reconciliation processes.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and vendor payments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Maintain customer financial records and support collections/account servicing.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA (Finance) or CA Inter candidates preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably in an NBFC, banking, or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/Tally/ERP systems.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of loan lifecycle and financial products.
- Knowledge of RBI compliance and NBFC regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
