Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, identifying customer needs, presenting products or services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Process orders and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
