Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create high-quality visual content for our company, brands, products, social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools and should be comfortable using AI tools to improve creativity, speed, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative and engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Create and edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, corporate videos, and marketing videos.
- Develop creative concepts based on briefs, campaign requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Edit videos with proper cuts, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Create visually appealing content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to understand creative requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual style.
- Use AI tools for image generation, background removal, image enhancement, creative ideation, video assistance, content generation, and workflow automation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, AI tools, and creative technologies.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
Required Skills
Adobe Tools – Must Have:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
AI Skills – Must Have:
- Practical knowledge of AI-powered design and creative tools.
- Ability to write effective prompts for generating creative assets.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, AI image/video generation tools, or similar platforms.
- Ability to combine AI-generated assets with professional manual editing rather than relying completely on AI.
Additional Skills
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of video storytelling and pacing.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert ideas into compelling visual content.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong portfolio of graphic design and video editing work is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience creating content for IT, technology, SaaS, AI, IoT, or digital marketing companies will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, Blender, or other creative tools is a plus.
