About the Role
Apollo Pharmacy is looking for a licensed and customer-centric Pharmacist to join our team. The role involves ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, providing expert pharmaceutical guidance, and delivering exceptional patient care. The Pharmacist will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing pharmacy operations, and supporting positive health outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to established safety and quality standards.
- Review prescriptions for dosage accuracy, potential drug interactions, allergies, contraindications, and other clinical considerations.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage instructions, potential side effects, storage requirements, and general health and wellness practices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, professional standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, billing transactions, inventory, and other pharmacy-related documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, ensure proper storage conditions, and track product expiries.
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to clarify prescriptions and address medication-related concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment in accordance with operational and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in health awareness campaigns, vaccination programs, medical camps, and other community healthcare initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the respective State Pharmacy Council.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or organized healthcare settings is preferred.
- Exposure to pharmacy management systems, billing software, and inventory management tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
