JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Requirements 1. Leading and being accountable for Sustainability Reporting and assessments including Materiality Assessment2. Ensure facilitation of high quality Sustainability reporting by facilitating company wide program.3. Enable participating in various external disclosures and assessments4. Co-ordinating with stakeholders for accurate data collection/management and subsequent reporting5. Internal Communication on sustainability projects; implemented and ongoing6. Facilitating in taking forward third party ratings such as MSCI, S&P, HRW, etc.7. Build Data systems for data collation and integration8. Audits across Energy, Water and Plastics9. Work on Scope 3 data10. Support rollout and implementation of the Supply chain sustainability programs under Pragati 4P framework across divisions and the supplier value chain.Work Experience Education: Graduate / Post Graduate, preferably in sustainability/Environment relatedAny certification/course in environment science/sustainability would be an added advantage Experience: 5-10 years of varied experience or 2-3 experience in BRSR/GRI disclosure specific areas and participation in BRSR assuranceStrong Experience in project/program management and research/consulting involving teams and multiple stakeholdersKnowledge: Theoretical and applied knowledge in sustainability (Carbon footprint, water neutral, recycling, circular economy, waste management etc),Understanding of various disclosures and subjects including– IR, BRSR, GRI, SDGs, Human Rights etcBehavioural Skills: Passionate about sustainability and green initiativesInfluencing skillsSelf-driven and action orientedData orientation and analysisAbility to work in collaboration and with cross functional teamsHigh sense of accountabilityDelivery / outcome focusedStrong research orientation
