Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
- Introduce company products or services and explain their benefits.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a professional and friendly conversation with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass +
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Previous telecalling / customer service experience is a plus.
