Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities for CT/PT transformers.
Plan production as per target, customer requirements and delivery schedules.
Monitor the complete manufacturing process and ensure smooth production flow.
Handle production manpower and allocate work according to skill and workload.
Ensure production is carried out as per SOP, work instructions and quality standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Planning departments.
Identify production issues, bottlenecks and process deviations and take corrective action.
Maintain production reports, daily production records and relevant documentation.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.
Follow 5S, safety procedures and lean manufacturing practices on the shop floor.
Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining product quality.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics.
Experience: 1–5 years in transformer / electrical manufacturing preferred.
Experience in CT, PT, instrument transformer or power transformer manufacturing will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor management.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
