We're Hiring | Quantity Surveyor
Copperstone Interiors is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects.
Location: Kochi
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout project execution.
- Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate quantity calculations.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams.
- Prepare billing, valuation reports, and cost analysis documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
