Are you a highly organized multitasker who loves interacting with people? We are seeking a full-time Centre Head to manage our operations and drive student enrollment. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective parents—guiding them through our school philosophy and enrollment process—while simultaneously ensuring that daily school administration runs flawlessly
The role requires a compassionate leader who can inspire teachers and caregivers, build trust with parents, maintain operational excellence, and actively drives admissions and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Parent Relations
· Handle parent enquiries and conduct counselling sessions to drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with parents. Handle parent communication and resolve queries.
Academic Leadership
· Ensure effective implementation of the Upward curriculum and maintain academic quality standards.
· Guide and supervise teachers to ensure smooth classroom execution.
· Conduct regular academic reviews and classroom observations.
· Observe classroom teaching and provide structured feedback.
· Ensure age-appropriate learning outcomes and child development benchmarks.
Team Leadership, Staff Development & People Management
· Conduct induction programs for new Pre-Primary teachers.
· Plan and facilitate teacher development sessions in collaboration with the management.
· Mentor Pre-Primary Coordinators/Staff at the campus.
· Develop/ Support the implementation of the teacher performance evaluation system.
· Staff attendance, leave planning, and team coordination.
Centre Operations & Compliance
· Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure a safe, engaging, and child-friendly environment.
· Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, documentation and reporting.
· Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Marketing & Business Development
· Plan and conduct local marketing activities, events, tie-ups, and initiatives to enhance centre visibility and admissions.
· Organize events and support enrolment growth.
· Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Education
Minimum
· Bachelor's Degree
Preferred

Experience
Essential
· 7+ years in preschool education
Preferably 3–5 years as:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
