ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting qualified leads into enrolled students for Mathtab's online mathematics programs. Most sales activities will be conducted through phone calls, video meetings, WhatsApp communication, and CRM follow-ups.
The candidate should be willing to travel across Kerala whenever required for school outreach programs, parent meetings, educational events, and home demonstrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Follow up on leads assigned through CRM.
* Conduct telephonic counselling with parents and students.
* Explain Mathtab learning programs and benefits.
* Coordinate demo sessions with Academic Counsellors.
* Convert leads into paid enrollments.
* Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and lead status updates.
* Coordinate with Marketing Team regarding lead quality and campaign feedback.
* Support community awareness programs and educational events.
* Visit schools and educational institutions for partnership opportunities.
* Conduct home demonstrations when specifically requested by parents.
* Achieve individual monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Generate referrals from existing customers and schools.

REQUIRED SKILLS
* Excellent communication in Malayalam and English.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Confidence in handling parent counselling.
* Ability to work with sales targets.
* Basic CRM and computer skills.
* Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Graduate preferred.
* Plus Two with exceptional sales experience may also apply.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales aptitude may also be considered as Trainee Sales Executives.
COMPENSATION
Fixed Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Performance Incentives:
₹10,000 – ₹75,000+ per month based on admissions and revenue.
Expected Annual CTC:
₹3.5 Lakhs – ₹8 Lakhs per annum.
