Job Description
A leading and well-known Jewellery Showroom in Madurai is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand visibility through strategic and field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase showroom sales.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team.
- Organize promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
- Monitor marketing performance and achieve monthly targets.
- Generate customer leads and improve showroom footfall.
- Coordinate with showroom management and the sales team.
- Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis.
Eligibility
- Any Degree / MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Experience in jewellery, retail, or field marketing is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of local marketing strategies.
- Willingness to travel within Madurai for business development activities.
Working Hours
- Timing: 9:20 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Leave is generally not permitted on festival days, marketing stalls, or promotional campaigns except in emergency situations.
