- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
- Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
