We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator (MEP, Interior & Civil) to coordinate project execution activities, ensure timely completion of works, and maintain effective communication between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction, interior fit-out, or MEP projects and possess strong coordination and project tracking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor MEP, Interior Fit-Out, and Civil project activities.
- Conduct regular site visits to review project progress and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare project progress reports, site visit reports, and project documentation.
- Follow up with contractors and vendors regarding project deliverables and timelines.
- Assist in reviewing project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate material requirements and site resources.
- Ensure project quality standards and client requirements are met.
- Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Support project handover and snag rectification activities.
- Maintain proper project records, approvals, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, interior fit-out, or MEP projects.
- Good understanding of MEP, Interior, and Civil works.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or MEP contracting companies.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and project documentation processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
