Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech professional who can bridge business requirements with technical execution while supporting project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
- Work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to define solutions
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process workflows
Technical Understanding
- Understand and work with APIs (REST, JSON, basic integrations)
- Write and interpret basic SQL queries for data validation and analysis
- Understand database structures (tables, relationships, normalization basics)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, ports, request flow)
Project Coordination
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Coordinate between internal teams (tech, sales, operations)
- Ensure tasks are completed as per plan and escalate delays proactively
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact between business and tech teams
- Communicate project updates, risks, and blockers clearly
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, and database concepts
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Jira, Trello, or similar
- Basic understanding of system architecture and integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing structure
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Coordination
- Experience in SaaS / product / tech-driven environments
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
