Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Store Management
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and billing systems.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, ordering, and managing stockroom organization.
- Ensure the boutique is clean, well-lit, and welcoming at all times.
2. Sales & Customer Service
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide personalized styling advice and high-end customer service to build long-term client relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints or queries professionally and efficiently.
3. Team Leadership & Training
- Manage, mentor, and motivate boutique staff to achieve their individual sales goals.
- Create staff schedules and assign daily tasks.
- Train team members on product knowledge, brand story, and customer service techniques.
4. Visual Merchandising & Marketing
- Implement and maintain eye-catching visual merchandising and window displays according to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate local boutique events, promotions, or seasonal launches to increase foot traffic.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
