- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Create and maintain detailed job descriptions for various roles
- Conduct pre-screening calls and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and basic HR administrative tasks
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing and leave management
- Support talent acquisition initiatives and build candidate pipelines
- Coordinate between candidates and management for interview scheduling
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (BA/BSc/BBA in HR preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR executive or similar role
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition
- Proficiency in creating job descriptions and pre-screening scripts
- Good communication skills (English and Hindi/Marathi)
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with EOR staffing or contract staffing
- Familiarity with US staffing solutions
- Digital marketing knowledge for recruitment
