We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support through phone, email, and chat. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer requests.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Assist customers with account-related queries and technical support when required.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service, customer support, telecalling, or call center operations.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and patiently.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
