Key responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent customers through own and assigned leads.
Service and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Tap opportunities for liabilities, asset products, Kisan Credit Card, and more.
Understand customer needs and offer relevant banking solutions.
Provide 360° banking solutions — accounts, deposits, loans, payments, digital banking.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete banking solutions.
Ensure excellent service across all channels with zero errors.
Deliver superior customer experience and protect brand reputation.
Eligibility criteria
Full-time graduates with min. 50% aggregate (Engineering / Diploma / CA / MBA not eligible).
Age 25 years or below at the time of application.
Work experience less than 12 months.
No relative working in the organisation.
Not interviewed for any role/program in the last 6 months.
Willingness to work in sales and be locationally mobile.
