Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to oversee business growth and sales operations across Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing channel partners, expanding market presence, developing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans.
- Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Drive market penetration and increase product visibility.
Territory Management
- Manage business operations across Punjab territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and route planning.
Channel Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and dealers.
- Monitor distributor performance and inventory levels.
- Support channel partners through training, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
- Resolve partner concerns and ensure smooth business operations.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers.
- Address customer inquiries and service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and territory performance updates.
- Track KPIs, sales achievements, and business growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports to senior management.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 3–8 years of territory sales, area sales, or business development experience.
- Proven experience managing a regional sales territory.
- Experience working with distributors, dealers, or retail networks.
