About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer who can bridge the gap between business and technology. This role requires someone who can independently understand business requirements, analyze data across multiple source systems, translate business needs into clear technical specifications, and provide implementation-ready designs for developers.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, possesses excellent SQL skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business to understand and document business requirements.
- Analyze data from multiple source systems to identify relationships, dependencies, and business rules.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Produce clear solution design documents and architecture/process diagrams that can be readily understood by developers.
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL to validate business logic and investigate data quality issues.
- Design data mappings, transformation logic, and integration specifications.
- Prepare Excel-based analytical reports, reconciliation sheets, and data validation workbooks.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in business processes and data flows.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and data governance standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
