Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager to support branch operations, drive business growth, manage collections, and lead a team in achieving branch targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Chit Fund, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services sector and possess strong leadership and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations.
- Achieve monthly business, enrolment, and collection targets.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and local marketing activities.
- Supervise and motivate branch staff to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor customer collections and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
- Verify KYC documents and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support chit auction activities and maintain proper records.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
