Core Duties and Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and digital platforms like LinkedIn
· Needs Assessment: Engage with prospective buyers to understand their business pain points or personal needs, and recommend the right solutions.
· Product Demos & Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that highlight unique selling points and value.
· Negotiation & Closing: Overcome client objections, discuss pricing and contract terms, and finalize deals to meet monthly and annual sales quotas.
· Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, upsells, and cross-sells.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communication using CRM software.
· Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on industry trends, pricing models, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure smooth client on boarding and service delivery.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
