Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and technician productivity.
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing and quality repairs.
- Monitor job cards, spare parts usage, and service turnaround time.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Train and guide service advisors and technicians.
- Improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and service retention.
- Monitor warranty claims and manufacturer guidelines.
- Control workshop costs, tools, equipment, and housekeeping standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good technical knowledge of two-wheelers / four-wheelers.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of DMS/CRM software and MS Office.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in automobile service operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
