About the Role
Gold Coin Realty is expanding and looking for a proactive Sourcing Manager to support growth across Panvel and Karjat. This role focuses on developing local networks, identifying opportunities, and supporting property sourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate property sourcing opportunities
- Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, and local contacts
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and listings
- Monitor local market trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain records and regular follow-ups
Requirements
- Experience in real estate, sourcing, sales, or business development preferred
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Knowledge of Panvel and Karjat markets is an advantage
- Self-motivated and organized approach to work
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
