Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (B2B Field Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients through field visits.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
