Marketing Executive- Client Representative
As a Marketing Executive- Marketing Executive for our uniforms and workwear brand, you will be responsible for creating new client relationships, prospecting new clients and building the brand name. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure that the client experience from the first call to the final feedback is nothing short of seamless. The Marketing team is also responsible for driving branding growth on social media and other business channels.
Responsibilities for Marketing Associate
- Manage and schedule client and merchant interactions.
- Handling the client accounts.
- Maintain the progress data sheet.
- Client interactions and developing tools to analyze satisfaction level of various products and services.
- Customer relationship management.
- Effective communication with clients and team.
- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around optimization.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
- Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
- Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
- Prepare emails to send out to customers
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
- Ensure that the brand message is consistent
Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of Experience
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Incredible attention to details
- Problem solving skills
Salary: Rs 20000-25000/ Month
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
