- Attending the phone calls from the reception / Wards, Doctors etc. for files.
- Entering the details of files requested in the outgoing register and computer
- Prepare the tracer card for retrieval the files
- Filing Lab reports, R.T. Charts etc.
- Tracing the files in case not received from the consultant room, OPD, ward, and other diagnostic department.
- Make necessary entry of incoming & outgoing files whenever the files are getting transaction.
Job Type: Full-time
