* Design, develop, and maintain **full-stack web applications** using the MERN stack.
* Develop **real-time, scalable applications** for industry use cases.
* Build responsive and user-friendly **frontend interfaces using React.js**.
* Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using **Node.js and Express.js**.
* Manage and optimize databases using **MongoDB**.
* Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth system integration.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, researchers).
* Stay updated with the latest trends in **web technologies and full-stack development**.

## **Required Skills & Expertise**
### **Frontend Development**
* Strong proficiency in:
* **React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3**
* Experience in:
* Responsive design and UI/UX best practices
* Knowledge of:
* Redux / Context API (state management)

### **Backend Development**
* Strong knowledge of:
* **Node.js and Express.js**
* Experience in building:
* RESTful APIs and server-side logic

### **Database Management**
* Hands-on experience with:
* **MongoDB**
* Knowledge of:
* Database design, indexing, and optimization

### **Full-Stack Development**
* Understanding of end-to-end application development
