Location: Centre-based (Preschool & Daycare)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: Full Day Shift (Approx. 10:00 AM - 7:00PM)
Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, energetic, and responsible Full-Day Preschool/Daycare Teacher to manage children, deliver curriculum activities, ensure safety, and create a positive, engaging environment throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily preschool classes and activity-based learning sessions.
- Handle daycare children with care, patience, and age-appropriate engagement.
- Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and child safety at all times.
- Prepare and execute lesson plans and daily activities as per curriculum.
- Share daily updates, observations, and feedback with parents.
- Support meal times, nap times, and transitions smoothly.
- Maintain learning materials, class records, and child progress sheets.
- Coordinate with Centre Head and teaching team for smooth functioning.
- Build a nurturing, happy, and safe environment for all children.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in preschool/daycare teaching.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Warm, patient, child-friendly personality.
- Ability to manage children across age groups (1.5 yrs–6 yrs).
- Knowledge of preschool pedagogy and activity-based learning is preferred.
- Should be comfortable with a full-day shift.
- Punctuality, hygiene, and professionalism are a must.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- ECCE / NTT / Montessori / Early Childhood Training
- Graduate in any field (preferred)
