We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Government Sales to drive business growth across Central and State Government departments, PSUs, Smart City projects, Educational Institutions, and other government organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets in the Government segment.
- Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Sell solutions including:
- Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD)
- Active LED Displays
- Digital Signage
- Workspace & Collaboration Solutions
- AV Accessories & Enterprise Display Solutions
- Build strong relationships with Government departments, PSUs, Consultants, System Integrators, and Channel Partners.
- Manage tenders, GeM opportunities, RFPs, and large government projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Desired Profile
- 6+ years of experience in Government Sales within Pro AV, IT Hardware, Display Solutions, Collaboration Solutions, or Enterprise Technology.
- Strong knowledge of Government procurement processes, GeM, and tendering.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
