Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support our IT infrastructure during night shift operations. The candidate will ensure smooth system performance, quick issue resolution, and uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and servers
- Provide technical support to internal teams during night shift
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure system security, backups, and data integrity
- Install, configure, and update software and systems
- Handle system alerts and resolve incidents promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and senior IT team when required
- Maintain logs and documentation of issues and resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support / system administration
- Good knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), routers, and firewalls
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of hardware, software, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
