Business & Warehouse Operations - Head
Position Summary
The (Business & Warehouse Operations - Head) is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end business operations, warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and supply chain activities. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, service excellence, compliance, and business growth while ensuring seamless coordination across all functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall business and warehouse operations to achieve organizational objectives.
- Manage inventory, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and supply chain functions.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-control initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, including leadership responsibilities.
