Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day construction execution and ensure projects are delivered as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and timelines.
Coordinate with TCE (PMC), IIT Bombay, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Monitor civil works, high-rise/residential construction and government project activities.
Review construction quality and ensure compliance with IS Codes, specifications and safety standards.
Handle contractor billing, measurements, BOQ and quantity verification.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports and planning activities.
Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Ensure proper documentation, inspection and quality-control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
