*Job Role & Responsibilities:*
* Follow up with customers for pending payments
* Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues
* Maintain proper records of collections
* Handle customer queriesrelated to payments professionally
* Build good relationships with customers for smooth recovery
Salary & Benefits:
* Freshers:** ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
* Experienced:₹16,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Requirements:**
* Good communication & negotiation skills

* Experience in debt recovery / collections is a plus
