Job Summary
PEXA Car Care Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Software Developer Team Lead to manage and lead the software development team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in handling software projects, team coordination, and scalable application development.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing development activities, assigning tasks, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining code quality, and supporting the development team in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the software development team.
- Plan, develop, and maintain web and software applications.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Review code quality and ensure development standards are followed.
- Coordinate with management, operations, and other departments regarding project requirements.
- Handle software architecture, API integrations, and database management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and technical deliverables.
- Conduct technical mentoring and support junior developers.
- Maintain proper project documentation and reporting.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in technical planning and requirement analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in software/web application development.
- Experience in leading or managing development teams.
- Strong expertise in:
- Angular / React
- Node.js
- JavaScript & TypeScript
- HTML5 & CSS3
- REST API Integration
- MySQL / Database Management
- Git & Version Control
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud services and deployment is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
- Salary hike of 20%–50% based on candidate’s current or previous company package, technical expertise, and experience.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 08:45 AM to 05:30 PM
- Additional working hours may be required based on business and project requirements.
