Roles & Responsibilities – Pre-Primary Teacher
- Prepare engaging lesson plans aligned with the monthly curriculum
- Conduct creative activities, workshops, and interactive sessions
- Observe and document each child’s development and progress
- Provide constructive feedback to parents
- Attend training sessions and follow the academic calendar
- Maintain consistent communication with parents regarding student growth
Qualifications & Skills – Pre-Primary Teacher
- Graduation in any discipline (Early Childhood Education preferred)
- Knowledge of Montessori tools and teaching methods is an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and innovate
Roles & Responsibilities – Primary Teacher
- Plan lessons and ensure timely syllabus completion
- Track and evaluate student progress through structured observation
- Analyze academic performance and implement improvement strategies
- Use innovative teaching methods to simplify concepts
- Collaborate with fellow teachers for consistency in learning outcomes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Qualifications & Skills – Primary Teacher
- B.Ed. or D.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in a recognized school
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum is preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with professional conduct
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and act as a student mediator
- Calm, friendly, dependable, and adaptable personality
