About the Internship
Webzyro Technologies Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in posting job openings on recruitment platforms.
- Handle candidate communication through calls, emails, and messages.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.
