We are looking for a skilled TypeScript Developer with a strong backend development background and a passion for AI-driven systems. You will play a critical role in building scalable backend services, integrating AI/ML APIs, and staying ahead of the curve with cutting-edge technologies in the TypeScript ecosystem.
1. Develop backend services using TypeScript with frameworks like NestJS, Hono, or Express.
2. Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices.
3. Integrate AI tools and services (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Vector Databases, Pinecone, Weaviate).
4. Collaborate with frontend and product teams to build robust and intelligent features.
5. Maintain high code quality using unit testing, type safety, and best practices.
6. Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Planetscale.
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, libraries, and frameworks in the TypeScript and AI landscape.
8. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
1. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
2. Solid experience with backend frameworks like NestJS, Hono, or Express.
3. Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
4. Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Replicate, Hugging Face).
5. Familiarity with serverless functions, Edge runtimes, or Cloudflare Workers is a plus.
6. Good understanding of database design, ORMs (Prisma/TypeORM), and performance optimization.
7. Experience with unit testing, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, etc.).
8. Awareness of modern TypeScript ecosystem tools like Bun, Turborepo, Zod, etc.
Nice-to-Have:
1. Familiarity with AI agents, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), or LangChain.js.
2. Knowledge of Vector DBs like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
3. Experience with real-time systems using WebSockets or Socket.io.
