AI & Fullstack Developer
About Us
We're a fast-growing healthcare startup on a mission to make quality care more accessible and intelligent. With a lean team and a real user base, every engineer here has outsized impact. We move fast, we think deeply, and we care about the work we do — because it affects real people's health outcomes.
The Role
We're looking for a curious, driven engineer who doesn't wait to be told what to do. You'll work at the intersection of AI and product engineering — building agentic systems, contributing to full stack features, and helping us figure out what to build and how to build it well. This is not a role for someone who wants to execute tickets. It's for someone who wants to understand problems, shape solutions, and own outcomes.
What You'll Do
You'll take ambiguous problems, break them down into structured plans, and drive them to completion. You'll design and build agentic AI systems — from ideation and architecture to deployment and observability. You'll work with LLMs for both product features and to accelerate your own development. You'll write clean, production-grade Python and Spring Boot code, contribute to data workflows in SQL, and collaborate on product thinking — identifying what features actually matter and why.
What We're Looking For
On the technical side, you need to be solid in Python and Spring Boot, comfortable with SQL, and have genuine hands-on experience designing, debugging, deploying, and observing agentic systems. You should understand LLM-assisted development not as a crutch but as a craft. Ideally you've built something non-trivial end-to-end by yourself — a moderately complex agentic app, a full stack product, something you saw through from idea to deployment.
On the non-technical side, this matters just as much to us: we want someone who is genuinely self-motivated and conscientious — the kind of person who follows through, sweats the details, and doesn't let things fall through the cracks without someone else nudging them. We also want someone who is intellectually curious and sharp — someone who asks "why" a lot, notices things others miss, and brings real thinking to problems rather than defaulting to the obvious answer.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with React Native or React JS, experience with Figma or similar prototyping tools, comfort on Google Cloud Platform, and working knowledge of database systems like BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL would all be bonuses. None of these are blockers.
