Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Edappally. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the showroom
- Handle billing and basic documentation if required
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred
- Prior experience in retail or showroom sales is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
